So what's involved in this process?

Well, you'll meet your project manager. We'll work together to establish your goals and objectives. We'll coach you through designing, configuring, and branding your site. We'll help you set up your site and define permissions. Import your member data. And most importantly, we'll work with you to launch a pilot, test it, log and track any issues, and get your team's feedback, all before launch.

And then, once your site goes live, we'll coach you on ongoing management—how you can report on your site as well as optimize it.
